La Citroen C4 Cactus è “2015 World Car Design of the Year “

La Citroen C4 Cactus, si prende la rivincita dopo aver perso per poco il titolo di “Car of the year” a marzo, ora è stata nominata “2015 World Car Design of the Year “ durante una conferenza stampa che si è tenuta nell’ambito del New York International Auto Show

Candidates for the design award may be on the overall World Car of the Year list OR may be included as a stand-alone entry provided the vehicle is available in quantities of at least 10 in one major market during the period beginning January 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2015. La C4 Cactus ha puntato sin dalla sua concezione a mettere insieme funzionalità e design, combinando tratti fluidi e minimali con elementi grafici decisi e utili come gli Airbump che caratterizzano le fiancate della vettura.

La C4 Cactus fa seguito a una serie di auto particolarmente prestigiose che l’hanno preceduta in questo speciale albo d’oro, che ha tra le ultime premiate la BMW i3, la Jaguar F-Type, la Range Rover Evoque e l’Aston Martin Rapide.

Una vettura, dunque, che non assomiglia a nessun’altra, capace di crearsi uno spazio tutto suo che, oltre a consentirgli di aggiudicarsi numerosi riconoscimenti, è stata premiato dal mercato con oltre 60.000 ordini raccolti in Europa.
